Very poor customer service! Slow and clearly understaffed. Our non-smoking room had the worst smoke odor. No hiding it or cleaning it. Plus the hallways smelled of smoke. And we had 1year old baby with us. Rooms not ready and we waited an additional 2 HOURS before getting a room. Too bad we pre-paid, otherwise would have gone somewhere else.

WORST PLACE EVER!! Tony took 45 minutes to check us in and then proceeded in giving us a lousy rundown room on the third floor when we had requested ground floor. And it wasn't like the place was sold out. Besides, the guy is rude! Will never stay there again. The breakfast tasted like rubber and the bill was close to $100.00. BIG mistake!!

We stayed here for a family wedding in town in July 9th When we arrived in our non-smoking room there was a strong smell of smoke.

We arrived at noon time and were told too early to check in. We went to Church/Wedding and came back after 2 pm only to find out our room was not available. The check in desk offered us a room to sleep 4, ( 1 queen and 1 fold out love seat)

Not enough bath towels, no extra pillows/sheets etc for the pull out bed.

Manager uncooperative and Corporate customer service is just as bad!
Very slow to responded and to follow up.

We are still waiting!!

Avoid at all cost!!

Everything was poor. Worst smoke smell ever - I believe they must allow people to smoke in the hallways. No bugs here - they all died of lung cancer.

Room was dirty and dated. Security lock loose/screws coming out - same with towel rack. Someone's car broken into in lot in front of hotel. Tables have film on them.

Staff was not rude, but was very apathetic. Some in our group had their room double booked and it took hours to correct.

Read the other reviews - you would be wise to pick somewhere else.
