Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is fairly new. The staff was very pleasant and friendly and tried very hard to be helpful. There are a great many wonderful restaurants in the area and very close to the OSU campus. Great Place to Stay!!

We stayed on New Year's Eve. The hotel is new, the room was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The hotel is located close to downtown, but offers free parking. They also have a shuttle (Call to check the schedule) anywhere within a 3 mile radius. The arena was within that radius, so we were able to arrange drop off and pick up downtown, avoiding cab fares - bonus! The personnel we dealt with were very friendly and helpful, including the hotel manager who we chatted with a couple times. He is very visible, and wanted to know how our stay was. He suggested that we request a room on the top floor if we come back as they are piloting a program to cover the sliding glass doors for light sensitive guests. (We hadn't had a problem with that, but apprecaite knowing that they are responding to issues.) We also were very impressed with the breakfast buffet. We will be back!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well laid out. It was a great room for a relatively cheap price, however, the only thing that seemed a little off was the sheets. For the quality of the room, I expected the sheets to be softer. In fact, I've stayed at worse hotels with better sheets. It would not stop me from staying there again, but make note soft-sheet fans.

The room came with a complimentary breakfast, which was decent, but there was also Bob Evans, and a 24-hour Tim Horton's within the same block and plenty of great restaurants down the street. On the first floor is a gym, indoor pool and bar/lounge.

Overall, it was a great room for the price and conveniently located.

We were coming back to Columbus to stay near the OSU campus and loved the newer Marriott hotel. Breakfast was fine. Had yogurt, made to order waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, fruit, bagels, oatmeal, etc. The rooms were very nice. We had a 2 queen and pull out couch. Pool is small but served its purpose for the kids to get wet. Would definitely come back!
