Service was good. Room service was pretty good. Things were delivered on time. It's not the Westin, but it's a nice hotel with nice amenities and service. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was small and the room had no hooks anywhere. That is really my own issue with the hotel. Outlets were scarce in the bathroom too.

I am a Platinum Member of Marriott - but my recent experience in this hotel was awful. I got a room that did not heat up the full night - when I complained they said to take up the thermostat. The next morning they moved me to another room and the manager said she would give me 10000 points to compensate. Its now 2 weeks and nothing has happened. Never again in this hotel - not sure its worth being a platinum member of Marriott

The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. It is a great location for a small conference. The conference rooms are comfortable and the staff is great. The hotel rooms are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The conference rate of $109.00 included valet parking. I was expecting the outrageous prices in the restaurant for breakfast, but I was able to have juice, eggs and toast for $8.00. Excellent value and great breakfast.

I stayed here for three nights for a wedding just down the street. The hotel was great and upgraded me just by asking. The rooms where a little small however they were nicely renovated. Hotel gym was one of the best I have seen in a city hotel. The staff was a great help when I needed to get my suit pressed out of their normal schedule.
