“What a Wreck..... Don't stay here EVER”

We have been travelling the USA for 2 and a half weeks, and this place is the lowest of the low. Booked this hotel online through Wyndham, and have been staying almost exclusively at Wyndham hotels on this trip.
First room I was given had half of the lights burned out. I was handed a couple of bulbs and expected to install them myself. I asked for a different room, and was given one two doors down which was just as bad - only one bulb burned out here. The stink in the second room was so bad that I went back and asked for the first room back. I should have bailed out totally at that point. Half of the place is falling down, parking lot stones are pushed all over the place, and the roof looks like about the next rainstorm it will fall in.
Note - sign in the lobby says "no refunds after 10 minutes" I couldnt believe it. Wyndham should drop this place from the face of the earth.........
