We booked 2 nights for a wedding. After the first night of what seemed to be drug deals going on in the parking lot all night, we went out for breakfast and came back to our room door wide open and no one was in there. I went to the front desk and told them what happened. I wasn't sure if they knew enough English to understand what I was saying. I told them we were not staying and requested a refund for the second night. He said that it was past the check out time (by 20 minutes) and he refused to refund any amount. They did not appologize or offer any compensation. They just told me to write into their corporate office...which was a waste of time. Corporate told me to contact the hotel directly because they're independently owned. We cut our losses and went down the street to a real hotel.
