While getting ready for bed, I noticed that the sheet looked funny. They actually used a twin size sheet across the top half of a full size bed. In the bathroom, the toilet paper dispenser was falling off the counter and the tissue dispenser was already off. The drawers were falling off the tracks and there was no coffee maker or microwave as stated in the brochure.
They also reused the tablecloths from the previous evening.
When I told them about our experience, all they offered was 20% off the next stay.
No thank you!

Our grandkids range in age from 5-11 and this is the perfect size waterpark for them, Plenty of fun for all ages. Plus is just the right size that you can let older ones go on their own but stlll keep an eye on them. Lots of lifeguards make you feel pretty safe too! Food is not bad for a waterpark.

We hosted our Rodeo mid-winter meeting the weekend of January 28 & 29 at this hotel. We were pleased with the sales staff regarding our arrangements prior to our arrival, yet a little frustrated with the on-site staff. Our room needed updating and better cleaning as well, not really dirty, but dust in areas that you knew had been over-looked for some time. Also, our tv and frig didn't work, call front desk, no one ever showed up the entire weekend.

The waterpark was nice, but not enough tubes or mats for the slides! A very needed investment! Too bad the whirlpool was only for adults.

Our meeting room for the group was supposed to be ready for a 10am meeting and yet when we arrived at 9:30 to prepare, they claimed it wasn't until 1pm. Made due by taking care of moving tables and chairs ourselves. We ordered 20 pizza from catering, it was very, very thin crust and definitely nothing to brag about. The breakfast buffet was not great either, and is the only choice on-site.

Overall, the kids enjoyed their time together, and the hotel has all the potential to be great, just needs some better management! or you will not have return visitors!

I took my famiy the weekend of Jan 28 and the chlorine was so strong that we had to cut our trip short. There were many kids coughing and wheezing. I go to the ymca and we swim indoors alot but never had a reaction the cholrine so bad. Many adults that were not swimming had horrible headaches and eyes were burning. I even tried eye drops but didnt help. This was our 2nd trip there the first the hotle had ran out of hot water and I was given a discount for this trip. My kids are 9,10,12 and we had 2 extra older kids. They all were so sick from the chemicals. Just be careful if your child has any asthma issues. Last year it was not as strong like this. When we were leaving many other kids were also in hall complaining and sick and needed breathing treatments or inhalers. The room was nice but one of the TV's didnt work and it took hours for room to cool down. I dont think we will be going back
