We have stayed at this Hampton Inn three times. The stays have been always pleasant. The desk greeted me with every passing, or maybe I said good evening first. There was always a response. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Adults only after ten-twelve. Nice way to settle down for a good night sleep. The morning breakfast was nice and got our day off to a good start. We will be bake again for the next three years till our daughter graduates. See you then.

Stayed here for a business conference. Check-in was horrible. Manager had a problem with any little request I made and had problems with obviously everyone else staying in the hotel from what I heard the next morning in the breakfast area. The night staff never even looked up from the computer when I walked in after 2am. Overall, it was an ok stay. Close to lots of restaurants, only 6-8 minutes from downtown Columbus. Hotel maids were fantastic! The lady cleaning my floor always smiled at me when I came by. Bathroom was small, so keep that in mind for a family. Elevator is extremely slow. Use the stairs. They were easy even with luggage. Price was a corporate rate, so I couldn't find a better hotel in the area for the price.

We checked in and the smell from the pool was overwhelming. Went to the room, opened the door--it was an already occupied room! Went back down (with kids & luggage in tow) got a new room. Went to swim and the smell was horrible; the boys only lasted about 20 minutes. I swear the chlorine smell stayed in my nose for about 2 days.
The bathroom was small and as usual not enough towels for 4 people. Beds ok; b'fast ok; front desk guy not so ok. Glad we don't ever have to go back!

was a little bit away from where our convention was, however, it was an easy 10 mins drive to where we needed to go. very nice hotel and the staff was superb.. we had a late check in and the staff was great.. if and when im back in ohio, i will deff stay here again. kudos!
