Very beautiful hotel. Parking a bit pricey compared to parking at sites that might not be downtown. Ate at David's for breakfast and it was very good. No free breakfast.
Great location in relationship to stadium and Rock-n-Roll hall of fame.
We stayed with a kid's hockey team and instead of making you feel alienated and creating a situation with conflicting with other guests - this hotel set the teams up with an area to play knee hockey in a conference room and the parents to hang out nearby. GREAT IDEA ! and the other guests stay happy too !

The Marriott Cleveland Downtown at Key Center really typifies what one would expect in a high-rise urban hotel in the Marriott chain; beautiful rooms, terrific customer service and some nice views. The hotel itself is splendidly decorated and is connected to the tallest building in the state of Ohio.

While not one of the top hotels in the Marriott chain, the rooms offer typical Marriott bedding, plenty of pillows and lighting, and large flatscreen TV's. Disappointingly, at least in a standard King room, the bathtub was nothing more than a typical tub.

In case of poor weather (which is often the case in Cleveland), eating options can be somewhat limited. The hotel is a short walk from some of the more hip areas in Cleveland. However, keep in mind that this property is located in the heart of Downtown and that typical street caution should be exercised when out and about.

It is also worth noting, that to my understanding, the Marriott at Key Center does not offer a shuttle to and from Cleveland Hopkins. Public Transportation can be had at Tower City, located perhaps a quarter of a mile from the hotel.

Some of the high option amenities that are offered at more luxurious Marriotts seem to be missing at this location. For the business person in need of the most that a hotel chain can offer, this may not stack up to what one would find in Chicago or New York. But, for the needs of those visiting for business or to take in a ballgame, this really is a very nice property that will not disappoint.

Our family of four just returned from a long weekend at this property. The room was not properly cleaned, in fact housekeeping didn't come at all on our first day there. The female attendant in the gift shop (no name tag) was very unprofessional and unfriendly. The entire hotel, in particular, the lobby area, had a sweet unpleasant smell during our entire stay. Just an overall below average Marriott experience.

What a nice hotel, great location, and wonderful staff. Breakfast was amazing, room was clean. Plenty to do near by, and the browns stadium was super close!
