This place is in need of a major renovation. Old and smelly would describe it best. The staff was great which made the stay easier.

This was a repeat stay for us and I have to say I was more impressed the first time around. We got a great deal through hotels.com which made any complaints about the room still totally worth it. If you are staying for 1 to 2 nights this hotel is a great place to stay in the Beachwood area. However for a longer stay, the temperature control in the room is impossible, no matter what degrees you set the room is freezing, the bathroom smells musty and makes the room smell terrible. The place could definitely use an update and the internet was so dependable that I used my phone 3G connection instead. Breakfast is great with a waffle maker, hot breakfast options and the standard continental breakfast fare. Once again a great choice for a short stay but would stay elsewhere if in town longer then 2 days!

This is our coporate hote and have stayed here a lot for the past few years, we have a really good rate so it makes it worth wild to stay here. The staff is usually really nice, the lobby and the Hyde Park Steakhouse is very nice as well. The hotel and rooms could use some updating, but it is ususally clean and they do a good job overall with that. The worse part is their internet wireless is terrible
