With growing kids (age 7 & 5), we needed a hotel that offers more than just a room. The other hotel (courtyard marriott) that we normally stayed at keeps raising its prices and honestly, it is not worth paying two rooms for what we can get at this new property we had just stayed at. Also, it is closer to family.

Friendly staff, room is big (check photos for details) and it is a full kitchen, etc. There is a game room (with only 3 machines and a tight fit !), an outdoor pool (closed till summer), a dining room where breakfast is served (good variety) and a room where you get free internet access (2 computers). There is also a counter where they sell some basics (bread, milk, cookies, ice cream, etc)

To sum up, I will come back to this property as it is right by the freeway access road and close to PF Chang's !

We chose to stay here because we didn't want to stay in the middle of Cleveland in the city. This is a perfect choice and only 15 minutes from town. It is in a good neighborhood and the rooms were quiet. The only complaint is the breakfast was horrible. I know it is free but everything was stale and not edible.

Average lobby and breakfast bar. Rooms are huge, I had a separate bedroom and sitting area, along with a full kitchen.

Beds are so very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. Good parking and a couple of good restaurants near by.

Breakfast wasnt too great, but overall service was very good.

We have stayed at this location before(both times business travel) and we were not as impressed this time around. The rooms are great in size and layout. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite.

Upon arrival, we were concerned about the cleanliness of the room. There was a lot of crushed popcorn on the carpet in front of the t.v.. Don't get me wrong, the room wasn't 'dirty', but I don't think that there should be anything visible on the carpet as soon as we arrive. I realized during our stay that the maids don't vacuum unless you request it. I found that odd. We had children with us and vacuuming is a necessity.

The 'high-speed' internet in the room was more like dial-up. My husband (and some of his colleagues) tried to use the library (with two computers), but it was always full of kids playing on the computer or talking on the phone. The library was never available unless you stayed up until midnight when you were sure that these kids were in bed. I was told that the front desk was aware of the problem, a lot of other people had been complaining, but nothing was done.

We must have had really bad timing for this stay. It was a cold/rainy week, but the one nice day my kids wanted to go swimming, we were kicked out of the pool area because they were doing a photo shoot for the internet and brochures. I was very understanding and we left, but I felt like this was straw that broke the camel's back for me at this hotel. We stayed at this location because there was a pool, basketball courts, and tennis for the kids. My kids couldn't go and play basketball either because the court was next to the pool and it interfered with their 'staging'. I was quite annoyed.

Ditto on the reviewer that commented on the food. We didn't expect gourmet by any means, but if it says macaroni and cheese. Expect that...one pan of macaroni and cheese. If the person in front of you takes the entire pan, don't expect more.

Finally, I would give our experience this time around a two, but I'll add an extra 'star' because the rooms are very big and have a nice layout for families. We will probably look into another property next time we go to Cleveland.
