Great Location. Close to dining - small and large venues. Easy acess to all - sports, bars, entertainment, theater district, university - AND - Cleveland Clinic. We stayed 2 nights during my mothers unexpected illlness and subsiquent surgery at Cleveland Clinc. We live approx 70 miles away and traveling back and forth was taking its toll. This was a great location to the clinic and then places to eat and drink and at much lower prices than surrounding hotels near the clinic
Staff was great...even booking a room second night for less than we paid on hotwire. Special for those that are visiting Cleveland Clinic - call and ask them! So fantastic! Gave us late check out, then stored our luggage then rebooked us in the same room that next night with the lower Cleveland Clinic rate.
Rooms were LARGE! Very Large, Beautiful hardwood floors. Coffee maker, Large Bath. Situated in an historic building with the old guilded elevators! Classic - loved it.
Parking issues tho - Plenty of room when you pull up on Euclid Ave to check in and you have long term and in and out parking - BUT - clearify this when you check in cause it was confusing!!!!! You will park the car after check in and they will validate the pass at the hotel so dont leave it in the car!!!!! Take it with you BACK to the hotel after you park the car!!!! We made the mistake of paying it the first day from the kiosk in the parking deck - they reimbursed my credit card for the error. Be sure to get instructions - BEFORE you park. Parking deck is close and easy to access.
I will MOST DEFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN! Full Breakfast too - not just the bagels, cereal and danish - but bacon, eggs and more.
Recommend Highly for the price, location and service!!!! I've stayed at many in Cleveland but this is a hidden Gem for the price!!!!!
Room Tip: Check the parking issues BEFORE you park the car - get full instructions and take the parking ticket...
