Ray and the people in charge were wonderful, helpful and friendly.
The front desk staff did not seem as "invested" as Ray, they were polite and helpful, but could use a shot of personality and a smile or two.
The room was clean, the shower was old but the water pressure was outstanding. The towels smelled like they had been in the drier too long...they almost smelled burned or toasty. Our beds we not terrible but did seem to have a "hole" in the center. The TV was new, a large flat screen type.
We were not in the room much, we were across the street at the hospital more than the room. The parking availability could have been better, but we were lucky to find a spot and didn't move the car while we were there.
If my mother ever needs more surgery we would stay there again. I would also recommend it to anyone travelling to the Cleveland Clinic.
