I was so pleased with this hotel. I had forgotten how a nice hotel/accomodations can make a trip so much more enjoyable. The customer service was good and it was VERY clean and nice. In our room was a HUGE LCD/Flat screen TV. I wasn't expecting that. I loved this place and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I stayed at the Cleveland Clinic Guesthouse on January 17th. I was very impressed with the staff and accomodations. If I were ever to have a reason to stay again it would definitely be at the guesthouse. The Chicago Deli which is located within the Hotel was very good and I would highly recommend it. All in all it was a great experience.

My mother is a pre lung transplant patient and we stayed at the hotel for 3 days for her testing at the Cleveland Clinic. I have not one bad word to saty about this hotel or its staff. They were kind and very helpful. Ray Lipford is the concierge at the hotel and I refer to him as Mr. Know-it-all because he has and answer for everything and if he does not know first hand he will find you the answer he's helpful hard working and very friendly.

The front desk girls were very professional and quick. Our check in and check out were speedy and hassle free. The housekeeping staff are very hard working, the lady who cleaned out room had told me they were waiting on fresh towels at the time she cleaned our room so we would have to wait a bit on bath towels and then returned to our room in the evening and brought them to us. The room was clean daily and was very comfortable.

The hotel and the services that they offer along with the Cleveland Clinic made a very stressful 2 days of pre transplant testing much easier for me and my mother who is on oxygen full time. I plan on staying here when she is called up for transplant. The public room downstairs is also very comfortable and there is a small bar for the adults who need that cold refreshment after a long day!

This hotel and their staff deserve a pat on the back they take very good care of a very busy place and do their best to help lessen the burden on worrysome minds.

THE CLEVELAND CLINIC GUESTHOUSE staff are all wonderful, and there to help you 24/7. GINA, the manager, will never talk to you over the reception counter, but comes out her office to chat to you in the lobby. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, especially RAY, Sammy Davis Junior - whatever you need, Ray has the answer! If you enquire about a restaurant, Ray produces the directions, arranges transport, and even supplies the menu. On Ray's days off, his cheerful nature, welcome at the door, happy laughter, etc, is greatly missed. Meeting Bella, the labrador, while she was at work in vacant rooms, was very impressive. Bella sniffs out bedbugs and even eggs. If she finds any, she immediately sits down and waits for her trainer to give her "Bella's Reward Ball"!, but as she never found any bed bugs or eggs, I never witnessed her being rewarded. After being away for 2 1/2 years, a staff member recognised my accent, before even seeing my face. It is wonderful returning to CLEVELAND CLINIC GUESTHOUSE HOTEL, and being greeted by staff who remember your name. The Chicago Deli staff have all worked for SAMMY for years, and know who you are, who the Cleveland Clinic patient is, and your names. THANK YOU FOR LOOKING AFTER US DURING A VERY STRESSFUL PERIOD.
We stayed at the CLEVELAND CLINIC GUEST HOUSE HOTEL for 9 weeks in 2009, and 6 weeks in 2010/11, and will be staying there again on our future visits to the CLEVELAND CLINIC. The Hotel has been upgraded since 2009.
