I stayed there for two nights with my family and really enjoyed staying there. We selected this place over Holiday Inn because of the lake view . Best rooms to have a nice view of the lake are 202 and 203. Nice and clean room, super fast Internet and friendly staff, along with a beautiful view of the lake. I think this place provided us the best value for the money we spent to stay there.

Hotel is older but kept up well. Bed was comfortable. Will stay there again if in area. High speed internet is super fast. I stayed in the room farest from the lobby and had amazing speeds!

Stayed one night the week of Christmas while visiting relatives. Room 111 - a bit worn, patched carpet areas, marks/repairs on walls. They installed curved curtain rod in bathroom and left old curtain rod holder marks on walls. May have tried to repair with paint, but not matching wall paint. The room/bathroom were visibly clean, but definitely in need of updating and major cleaning (dusty electric heater vents, torn lamp shade). There was a microwave and small frig...breakfast served in hotel lobby (small) - we did not stay for that. For an inexpensive (AAA rate) hotel room for one night, it served its purpose- two beds for an adult and kids. Don't think I would stay again unless they do some updating.

Stayed here two nights on business--had no major complaints. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, fixtures a little worn but functional. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a little flat; bring your own if you like big fluffy ones. Noise from other rooms was not a problem. HVAC unit was a little louder than some, but that probably helped mask any noises. Had good high speed wireless internet. Nice view of the lake right across the street, but not from the rooms (at least not the room we had on the back of the Inn, don't know if there were rooms with a lake view.) Free breakfast bar was somewhat disappointing, but there is a McD's right across the highway. Small price to pay though for a room that's $20-$40 less expensive than many others. I felt it was a very good value for the money.
