We stay 3 nights at this hotel. Staff was very helpful in all areas. Breakfast area small but nicely decorated with hot and cold choices plus breakfast sandwiches thay you can heat on microwave... Just don't expect freshly made scrambled eggs or sausage... Eggs were just the round rubber warmed thing ... Cereals, waffles, fruits, yougurt, etc. Coffee was somewhat bitter but it was ok. Room a little small but clean and very quiet. Beds were comfy, pillows a little too soft. If you have issues I would suggest bring your own pillow. Bathroom clean with fresh towels that were replaced every morning. Blinds kept room very dark in the morning, a plus if you want some extra sleep. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

We just stayed there for the weekend with our youth football team. The entire staff were great. Everyone went out of their way for us and were incredibly friendly. The place was spotless and free breakfast is a great plus. We had 30 kids there and even though they weren't always perfect you wouldn't know by the staff. I highly recommend this to any group visiting the canton ohio area.

We were going to hall of fame and stopped for one night in this hotel.
It was nice clean hotel with friendly people. The only problem I had is, I think they had bed bugs. I was itchy whole night. I was so afraid to check out the mattress because I’d never fall asleep again if I’d see one. So by 4 am I was so tired & wanted to sleep so badly that itchy feeling wasn’t issue for me. But I don’t think I’d stop there again. All the rest was great, no complaints. I hope it was only my experience.

Room and hotel were very clean and in the location we needed to be, with adequate breakfast slightly above continental types.
Positives: 1. Nice small pool, very warm with usable whirlpool. Had penty of towels available. 2. Rooms were clean. 3. Service at front desk was very efficient and friendly. 4. A breakfast was included with room rate and had a waffle machine along with 24 hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate which is a nice addition. 5. Had newspaper in lobby. 6. Wireless internet worked tremendously and was very quick. 7. Had a mini-fridge in room, but froze some water bottles we placed inside it.
Negatives: 1. Shower had very low power and had a drain that backed up. 2. Kids were running through halls all night and you could hear the pounding. 3. Road noise existed since our room was on the Interstate 77 side...none of us obtained much sleep. 4. Television was older, but worked...not a flat screen. 5. Breakfast only had sausage on a stick for meat, no Jimmy Dean and no quiche which other Fairfields have...they did have the waffle machine and it worked adequately and had cereal, fruit cups, yogurt and bagels, but was very plain. 6. No workout room which other Fairfields have. 7. Had to wait 10+ minutes for an elevator which was being tied up by someone and I had an elderly person in my party who could not use the stairs. 8. Could not walk to anything since the hotel is tucked away up a street a good walk from anything other than hotels. 9. Door to room had a handle that was very difficult to use. Elderly person could not open it since it kept sticking. 10. Business Center was a single computer right next to the front desk with a printer, no privacy.
