Had reserved two non-smoking rooms through Hotwire two weeks prior to arrival. Checkin experience runined the stay and weekend. Lady Employee very rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful.
Forced us to take Handicap room to get non smoking room or loose payment to Hotwire. Room had no place to put shaving kit or wifes makeup. Sink only with no counter top and very poor lighting.
Only 22 cars in parking lot but checkin clerk said they had no non smoking rooms left. The Hotel looked almost empty to me.
Hotel clerk appeared to be upset because we had booked room with Hotwire and didn't checkin until 9 p.m.
I won't be coming back....

We stayed for 3 nights and I would stay there again. Plenty of places right there to eat at, plus a grocery store and Super WalMart. The hotel was clean, including the pool area. Only trouble we had was getting 4 towels each day even though we had 4 people staying in the room. Apparently 3 towels is the max they will leave you. Was able to get extra from the front desk. Used the wi-fi and the breakfast. Breakfast was cereal, bread for toast, bagels, plain donuts, make your own waffles, milk and juice. Fruit was rotten so I threw it out. Would be nice if they had ice in the breakfast room for juice and water. We did find a dirty sock when we were packing up to leave that was not ours. Makes me wonder how well they clean between guests. I got the feeling they were understaffed. But for the price it was good and the whole area seemed new and safe. Close to interstate but not so close you could hear it. Door into the hotel by the parking lot said it required a keycard but even when fully closed it didn't lock but that happens at a lot of hotels. Staff was friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights in late Sept. when attending a family wedding. The rooms were clean and surprisingly well-appointed. I was expecting much more basic conditions. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. There was a separate vanity which is a plus. I was also happy to find a small microwave and mini-fridge at no extra charge.

The location is commercial with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The free breakfast was pretty good & saved some money.

The hotel was very noisy during our stay. People were running up and down the hallways, slamming doors, knocking repeatedly on doors, and yelling. The room itself was nice. I liked having the sink outside of where the shower is located. The breakfast food did not have enough protein to balance out the carbs. Overall, the hotel was okay.
