Made last minute phone reservations for two-night stay. Staff was very friendly and courteous over the phone and in person. Room was very clean and the kitchenette was sufficient for our needs with nice size refrigerator and freezer, two-range electric stovetop, miniature size coffeemaker, and microwave. Kitchenette came with basic / simple utensils but handle on one of the pots was dangerously loose and could have been easily fixed with a screwdriver. No icemaker on facility but trays available in room freezer. Eating in was convenient and saved us a lot of money. Room equipped with cable but no DVD player. Room furniture and lighting was adequate and tasteful. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. Felt relatively safe on the premises including free parking area and inside room with deadbolted door. Bed was comfortable but could have used extra pillows. Air conditioning/heating unit was good. Big bathroom but noisy light / ventilation combo switch. Lots of hot water. Extra towels can be requested at the front desk. Daily room service available for a fee but not necessary if you are not too lazy to take your own garbage to the trash closet on each floor and make your own bed. You will have to do your own dishes. Visitors on floor above were a little heavy-footed one evening, but bearable. Easy breezy check-in/out. Would highly recommend for the price which was approx $72 (including AAA discount and tax) for a queen-bed studio.
