Be aware that this hotel is bare bones. It isn't for those looking for luxury or convienience or service.
The benefit of this hotel is the availability of a kitchenette and onsite washer and dryer. There really isn't any price benefit over area hotels for short stays. Longer stays are more reasonable.
Be aware that staffing is always minimal and that toiletries cost extra. There is no pool. I was told by staff that they house a lot of area construction workers which isn't bad but gives you a glimpse of the target audience of this hotel.
Wireless Internet is available for $3.99 per stay, which is reasonable but area hotels offer this service for free.
The hotel is rather new (built in 1999) and kept clean and tidy. However, there is a permanence of smoke throughout the hallways. If you get a smoking room, be prepared for an intense experience.
We reserved and confirmed non-smoking rooms but when we arrived, all that were available were smoking rooms. After some time, we accepted handicap non-smoking rooms (which are actually bigger) but we didn't have the two bed requested.
It took 45 minutes for us to get an iron and the coffee pot didn't work in our room. I suspect that this isn't typical but it did influence our impression.
Chose a King Room if you need two beds or space as the double rooms are pretty cramped with two beds in them.
Double room at this hotel appears to refer the size of the bed and not the number of bed so be specicific.
Staff was pleasant although not always available nor enabled to make decisions.
Keyed access to the hotel. We couldn't hear anybody through the walls. Pillows were comfortable but not firm. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Hot water from faucet was scalding so be careful if you have children. Could usually hear people walking in the room above you but it isn't bad.
Maid service varies depending on the length of your stay. Usually need to stay a week for bed and towell service.
You do your own dishes.
It is close to the airport and highway with food and shopping nearby.
For reservations, I suggest calling directly or going onsite yourself as I found the quoted rates to be lower from the front desk than on the internet.
