I went in March 30-2, 2012. If I had been the one to make reservations and pay I would've asked for a refund!!!!!, but I was travelling with my mom.The first room we had, the heater didn't work. The second room seemed okay, (the heating was nice since it was still kind of cold), but then I looked at the tub. It was dirty and moldy around the caulking and a little cracked/rusted. I didn't take a shower, just washed up instead. The floor seemed wet or something and it felt sticky, I had to wear shoes.

The first day, I thought I felt itchy, but since I have allergies - I didn't think anything of it. The next day, I was still itchy so I knew the sheets hadn't been cleaned.I stripped the bed and guess what... it wasn't clean. I was glad that I had brought my own blanket and pillow so I just asked for new sheets. Later that night, I had a bite from something on my left arm. It was an open wound for a month and I still have the scar two months later. My doctor didn't even know what it was!

Also, it was a Sat. night there was a party going on with people coming and going for about 3hrs straight. I complained but nothing happened. Then, the music got louder about 12am, people were laughing drinking and smoking outside my door, which was right next to the upper stairwell. They were NOT savory looking people, so I called the night manager, (which btw the phone was dirty so I had to clean it off with a wipey). He must've called the police, I heard the banging on the door! It was scary! The parking sucked, since they were renovating, a HUGE dumpster was taking up almost all the parking spots on the backside. Um...very inconvenient for my mom, who needed to park close because she had to get up at 5am for work and load our car with lots of stuff.

The ice machine was nasty looking and broke anyway. The lobby was dirty looking and most of the staff weren't professional. Like, not cleaning the lobby bathroom, not greeting, and not even fixing coffee. And the cleaning lady looked too big to be able to clean, esp the shower, maybe that's why I got bit by some bug - because she was too lazy to clean up or too big to lift the sheets off the bed? (I'm plus-sized but she was supersized!)

NEVER NEVER NEVER going back. Not even if the scar clears up!!! Save your money and go somewhere better. I don't even care if they did a total renovation. The Asian guy who checked us in was nice though, he's the only reason I would give it a terrible. Otherwise I'd give it a -10.
