Stayed there for one night, the toillet was dirty with residue of urine. This is enough to me.
Close to the airport with Internet (averege). And tha is it.

On the last night of our 7 night stay our van had our catalytic converter stolen off our car. Called police and it often occurs in this area. We were not the only car to have this occur that night. Ran in to ask manager to call police.he called. Never went back into building. No reaction from him. $2800 replacement. Had to stay additional night in town with family. My young children are frightened to stay in another hotel.

Arrived late into Cleveland airport and needed a good bed before heading out the next day. Best Western's price was a great value. Room newly renovated, clean, well-decorated. Comfortable beds and linens. Breakfast consisted of waffles, cold cereal, fruit, pastries, hard-boiled eggs and asst. breads. Appreciated the good coffee. Airport shuttle 24 hours. Arrived soon after we called.

Negatives: No street noise, but could hear murmurings from surrounding rooms and hallways. Room windows are "frosted"..cannot see out or in, but light comes thru...probably to protect the privacy of the adjacent homes.

We stayed at this hotel because #1 we live about 3 hours from Cleveland #2 we had an early flight to Florida for a family vacation. We decided to stay at this hotel and use the park, sleep, and fly option. You park your car in an unmonitored lot during your vacation and ours was broken into. I know that this isn't the hotel's fault, however, this happened the day before we were to arrive back and they didn't call us to let us know that it even happened. Therefore, we were shocked to arrive to our car with glass all over the inside of it and no drivers side window. If the hotel had called us to let us know then I could've contacted our ins. company and had it fixed prior to our arrival! The hotel even lied to us and told us that they didn't know about it until the morning we arrived but when the police came to finalize our report they told us the whole process had started the day before. It was left up to my husband to try and make a makeshift window to get us home and to vacuum the entire inside of our car so we didn't sit on glass! Was not impressed on the way the hotel handled this situation.
