We stayed at this hotel because #1 we live about 3 hours from Cleveland #2 we had an early flight to Florida for a family vacation. We decided to stay at this hotel and use the park, sleep, and fly option. You park your car in an unmonitored lot during your vacation and ours was broken into. I know that this isn't the hotel's fault, however, this happened the day before we were to arrive back and they didn't call us to let us know that it even happened. Therefore, we were shocked to arrive to our car with glass all over the inside of it and no drivers side window. If the hotel had called us to let us know then I could've contacted our ins. company and had it fixed prior to our arrival! The hotel even lied to us and told us that they didn't know about it until the morning we arrived but when the police came to finalize our report they told us the whole process had started the day before. It was left up to my husband to try and make a makeshift window to get us home and to vacuum the entire inside of our car so we didn't sit on glass! Was not impressed on the way the hotel handled this situation.

The room was plenty large and the bed was very comfortable...We were mostly there to sleep so I have little to say outside of it being a comfortable place to put your head down for the night.

The housekeeper we saw in the morning was very polite and friendly...I also have to say that the two front desk clerks I interacted with were the most efficient I dealt with on my min-vacation...I was so please to have check-in/check-outs that were pleasant and QUICK.

My only comment was that the parking lot was icy...But as I am from "up north" I understand that Ohio is probably not as accustomed to snow removal as we are in Wisconsin ;-) Not a problem

All i have to say is someone stole my laptop from my room while i was out at work!! Key cards were looked at and matinence and housekeeping were both in my room!!! They both denied taking it of course!!! Hotel staff(especially Randy the manager) seemed not to care or want to discuss it!!!!(surprise!!!) I had to repeatedly call him,never did he call with any information!!! Now they are telling me they are not responsible!!!!!! These people are still working there and have access to all rooms..Pretty scary and really shady operation there!!! I will not ever stay at Best Western again because of this!!! You are on your own in there hotels!!! BRING A NANNY CAM IF U STAY HERE FOR YOUR OWN SECURITY!!!!!!

we stayed here, near the IX to attend a food network show. we had a coupon from the ohio traveler's booklet and our stay of 3 nights was inexpensive, quiet, (a necessity for me), and comfortable. the rooms were large enough, clean, and they had free wi fi, however s l o w. the am breakfast was usual, maybe less so. but the staff was great, friendly, helpful, talkative, interested, and even caring. the shuttle bus drivers, willie, tahli, and randy were fantastic. they were everywhere we needed them to be and on time and friendly and helpful. the gal at the front desk was great, too. we talked about our foodie experiences and she was a sweet gal. we loved this staff here. next year, we will return. thanks, guys.
