The staff was very nice and speedy with check-in and check-out. The coffee pot had not been cleaned since the previous user and the bathroom showed signs of age, other than that the room was clean. It was very cold when we checked in, we set the thermostat to 70 to get the room warm when we arrived at 8:30, and the heater did not turn off until the middle of the night. But it helped drown out the noise from the expressway. The breakfast room was nicely furnished and clean and had a television and USA Today. The food available was standard Days Inn fare - white bread, white bagels, sugary cereals, apple and orange juice. They also had plastic wrapped pastries which could have been packed as a snack.
All in all, having paid less than $48 for the room, I feel I got my money's worth, but I will not be in a rush to stay there again.
