We arrived at the hotel around 1am after a very long drive from Toronto, and it was service plus, plus, plus when we arrived.

The check in agent was very quick to get us to our room so we could get in a good night's sleep for our shopping adventure the next day.

The beds are REALLY comfortable, and the pillows are as well. Bathroom is nice and spacious, and I loved that there was a separate vanity area that can be used if the bathroom itself is in use. VERY CLEAN. The staff all around were extremely pleasant, and always made a point of saying hello to all the guests that they might have passed in the hallways.

The next morning, I noticed the black out shear was missing off the window, and when I mentioned it to the front desk staff it was replaced by the time we got back from our day out.

This hotel is clean, and it is evident that Holiday Inn is doing a lot to bring up and maintain their standards.

This hotel is right off the Interstate with many places to eat nearby, as well as some other Outlet Stores (Target, Old Navy, Bed, Bath and Beyond). It is in a nice, safe place, and if you don't like the highway, there are many back road options to get around which are quite a beautiful drive.

A major bonus was the Olive Garden basically in the same parking lot, and free parking, WIFI, etc....

A very pleasant stay - in fact, we will be returning in February for another weekend! We are really looking forward to it!

Nice, large hotel. The bar/restaurant was actually pretty good! Rooms were well appointed and comfy. Every one was very friendly.

Had a wonderful stay there. Would highly recommend. It was very comfortable and clean.
The bed and pillows were cozy . You will be very pleased if you pick this place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel while in town for a wedding. First off, this hotel is in a very good location, right off 680, close to the mall, and lots of places to eat (even in walking distance).

The room was very clean and very up-to-date.

I was mostly impressed by the service. Since I was closest in proximity to the wedding chapel, naturally I ended up with 16 wedding attendees in my room (including bride and bridesmaids). Needless to say they left my room in disarray. I called down to the desk to have housekeeping come up while I was at the chapel. When I got back the room was immaculate! I was very impressed with the level of service.

I would stay here again without a doubt.
