Our overall experience was very good. The property seemed well maintained, our room was immaculate, and the public areas were very warm and clean. The Hostess, Julia, that greeted us when we checked in was wonderful! She went above and beyond for us and was very pleasant. She is definately the type of person you would want to greet you after a long trip. The second night, however, the service was terrible. The Man at the front desk, Erik I believe, was very rude. My husband and I were in the lobby, on our second night, getting coffee and witnessed what I can only describe as a Tantrum. There was a couple checking in and there seemed to be some sort of problem because the desk clerk was slamming miscellaneous items around and making loud groaning noises. The other guests in the lobby seemed confused as well and very suprised by this behavior too. This it seemed, was a pattern as my husband and I came down for some extra towels later that evening, he acted very annoyed as though we were bothering him or asking for too much. I am shocked that this gentleman was acting so unprofessionally. What was most odd about this was that as my husband and I boarded the elevator, a man on the elevator with us made the comment to my husband that he frequents this property often, and has witnessed this same behavior by this clerk on other occasions as well. That incident aside, our stay was wonderful. Raje, the general manager was so friendly when we checked out. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury hotel at a decent price. You wont be dissapointed! ( I will say it was a bit difficult finding the property though. There is no sign out front indicating where the hotel is.)
