I am between housing and booked a 2 week stay based on descriptions and pictures on website. Was I ever in for a rude surprise! My room was filthy! Thankfully I had cleaning supplies and cleaned toilet myself. The carpet has stains all over it and needed vacuuming. The kitchen sink hadn't been cleaned. One of the computer chairs had something spilled all over it. The floor had crumbs all over it. The towels had hair on them. I opened one of the drawyers and there were big clumps of hair left behind. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty so I brought in my own. I could go on and on. Everything is extremely poor quality and has never been replaced. I'm all for foregoing amenities like room service, free breakfast, extra shampoo, fitness center, etc. to save money but there has to be minimum levels of cleanliness and this place does not have it. Run as fast as you can! Another negative--the place has a laundromat but you can't use it without risking lung cancer. It's on the first floor where they put all the smokers (and there are a lot) and you can't go near it without your eyes and throat burning.

I won this hotel through a Priceline bid and with the previous review I was expecting the worst, however I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very conveniently located with the Ronald Reagan Hwy access right around the corner which connects to the I-71 and I-75.

This is an extended stay hotel which means all the units come with a Fridge, Stove, Oven, Microwave, and Kitchen Sink. They supply basic kitchen utensils and some pots and pans. It's enough to cook up something basic for a meal. There is only a cleaning service if you are staying seven days or longer - so be aware that you will have to clean up after yourself. They will bring fresh towels, along with tissues, toilet paper, and dish soap upon request. You have the option to purchase a cleaning if you want.

The lobby itself was basic with an office to check into - the clerk was helpful and had my priceline reservation ready. The hotel is three floors with the first being half underground (ground level is at the windows) the second is up one flight of stairs, and the third another from there. I was provided a room on the second floor, and walking to the room you get a apartment building feeling with different cooking smells wafting from each room.

However, once in the room everything was very clean - albeit showing some age. The air conditioner worked great which made sure the room didn't let the cooking smells from other rooms drift into yours. There was a table and two chairs to eat, or do office work. There was a telephone which allowed free local calls, and had a dataport for internet access for a charge.

The building has an outdoor pool, laundry, and plenty of lit parking. This hotel is about 10-15 minutes to Kings Island and was MUCH better than I expected. I would stay here again, but I would not pay their regular rates as the Priceline rate allowed me to overlook the small things.

If you are paying a good sum expecting a top notch hotel, keep looking. If you want a basic room, good location, and kitchen amenities you will be fine here.

We stayed there for 8 nights and when we arrived to our double room, the fridge was disconnected and out of its place with a towel inside.there was dirt on the corner of the entrance(not swept) and there were socks and a pad under one bed. When we called reception, I talked to the manager and she ASSURED it had been cleaned when other receptionist had previously apologysed because they didn´t finish cleaning that room. She was rude to me when she talked(MANAGER), and it took them 3 days to come and clean. The beds were confortable, but kitchen utilities are scarce. Windows dirty as well. If they were cleaner, this hotel would be much more convenient, and that´s something easy to solve.
