I arrived at the Residence Inn Beaver Creek on July 10, 2011. I left Sept 18, 2011. I was there for business. I do not like being away from home, but if I have to be, I can think of no better place to stay than the Residence Inn at Beaver Creek, Ohio. The staff was unbelieveable. The house keeping staff could not have been more professional. They were also personable and friendly. The folks at the desk were always smiling and ready to assist with whatever the task. The maintenance folks were right on time with any assistance necessary.
The room I had was perfect. I not only used it for living, but I had to use it as an office as well. It was comfortable no matter what I was doing.
I have only one suggestion. I smoke. I realize we are to be seperated from the world when we indulge the habit. Residence Inn has done a good job giving us areas to use. My suggestion is to add a bench near the ash trays. We like to relax too.

I recently stayed for a lengthy period (4 weeks) in Dayton on business and had to move around a few hotels (3) due to booking availability. The Residence Inn was the best balance of service, accommodation, food, cleanliness and features among the hotels at which I stayed.
Staff were welcoming and professional, the room (size and amenities) was the best of the hotels in which I stayed and the breakfast was certainly better than at other similar establishments. If you have to stay for more than 2 nights in Dayton then this is a very good option. It isn't 5-star but it is entirely appropriate for a business stay in the Dayton area.

We recently stayed 3 nights at the Residence Inn in Beavercreek, OH. We stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite that had also had a living room and kitchen. The layout of the suite was very roomy and functional and it was nicely decorated and VERY clean and the beds very comfortable. The WI-FI had a great connection and was fast. The TVs were all flat panel with many of the channels in HD. There were a lot of nice touches in the suite, such as a candy dish filled with hard candy in the living room and microwave popcorn, teas & cocoa in the kitchen. The free breakfast was very good and offered a lot of variety, including hot items and a waffle maker. They were, however, awfully slow on one of the days to restock the scrambled eggs. We had a small maintenance issue (a squeaky bathroom door) which was quickly fixed on the day we reported it. The friendliness of the staff was hit or miss. Some of them were very friendly and helpful, while others were not. Our suite did face a busy intersection and there was definitely some traffic noise that could be heard in the bedrooms. The biggest issue that we had comfortwise while we were at this hotel is the fact that they had the A/C in our suite turned down to 68 degrees when we arrived and it was absolutely freezing. It’s nice to have the room cool when you arrive, but it was just way too cold. But overall, this hotel is a great place to stay if you need a roomy 2-bedroom suite that is reasonably priced.

Service was outstanding. During this sad time for our family,the staff stepped it up to help us. Thankyou so much!!!!
