I stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago with some family members for a weekend family celebration. The hotel is tucked away down a road with lots of other hotels and a couple of restaurants. The staff were very friendly at check in and they even give you a freshly-baked cookie...a nice little bonus.

The room itself was absolutely beautiful. Since we were three people in the room, we had two queen beds that were extremely comfortable. The bed linens were very clean and the duvet was fluffy and plush. The room also had a couch, nice clean bathroom with shower and a microwave, small fridge and coffee/tea maker.

The other really great thing was the coffee/tea/hot chocolate that they offered downstairs 24 hours a day...something that was very comforting as we were coming into the hotel from the outside snowy weather.

The breakfast was delicious with hot waffles, eggs, sausage, assorted cereals and fresh fruit. It was very well-managed and organized, with extremely attentive staff.

All in all, this hotel is clean and beautiful, with amazing service. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Cleveland.

We have relatives in the Cleveland area and normally stay further northeast. We chose this Hampton instead because of the price (surprising since we stayed on New Year's Eve). It was the right decision. This is one of the top hotels we have stayed at. Every staff member that we talked with was very friendly and cared about the job they were performing. They paid attention to even small details. The breakfast was one of the best we have seen with a great selection. The room was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely look to staying here again.

We live in Chicago, but have grandchildren in the Cleveland area, so often make the drive. Usually we just use Priceline to grab whatever is available in Beachwood. But this time I saw that the Hampton Inn was advertising a December special that brought it down practically to Priceline range. Since it included a free full breakfast and free wifi, and I could specifically reserve an accessible room, I went ahead and reserved at the Hampton Inn.

What a pleasure. Free cookies on check-in. A huge wonderful accessible room, just steps from the elevator and with parking very close to the elevator lobby at ground level. Decent wifi, excellent breakfast in the spacious lobby with a ton of choices (and available till 10--better than some other places). The pool was your standard smaller hotel size, but it had lots of natural light and there was a good assortment of exercise machines in the fitness room. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I used the business center to print out treasure hunt clues for the grandchildren. Very easy to print from my room and pick it up in the business center and again, no charge.

Best of all was the great staff. Everyone had a smile and a friendly greeting, always checking to see if they could do anything for my husband (who uses a walker). As we were leaving, the maintenance supervisor even came out and offered to scrap the snow off our car!

I don't usually bother to review chain hotels, since they're usually pretty predictable. But this one was so good it deserves some special notice. Highly recommended.

We had to go to Cleveland for a family funeral - there is a bereavement rate. This was one of the best Hampton's we've ever stayed in. We got a cookie at check-in. Our rooms were really clean, bathrooms nice but wish hotels would step back & assess the condition of their bath towels periodically. Only 2 smallish, thin, bath towels per room. Know we could ask for more, but why should you have too? 3 towels in a room makes total sense. This hotel was occupied by civilized people. Very quiet at nite. No A/C or heating noise. Bed was very comfy w/lots of pillows. Excellent breakfast, clean eating area, cozy sitting area with a fireplace, really nice & friendly staff. This hotel is right on the highway, easy on & off, plenty of restaurants, big shopping area nearby.
