Well where do I start, if you like waiting for your breakfast for 30 min and ask three times for two eggs yeah definitely your place to stay. The staff there is inexperienced very young and always seems like they do not want to be there well I don't blame them. Its the biggest hotel in Port Lincoln there fore everyone thinks it has to be the best well I guess its not I m quiet sure there is much better places to stay around the area. Had few other problems such as ordering a coffee which took 20 min it was a flat white still came out cold and half filled with milk foam. Food menu was pretty average thought it was sea food restaurant but in saying that the sea food platter for two was very nice. This takes me to say little bit more about the pub downstairs good lay up, service once again average, and management pretty poor, with one of my friends being cut of form drinking fair enough good call, responsible service was the but I think they need a refresher on that course since the manager cut off the whole table even few girls which weren't even drinking at the time and then the manager refused to serve anyone food in the restaurant, I don't thinks that is responsible service at all.
Overall Port Lincoln very nice place a lot to offer with their sight seeing as well as some of the amazing beaches. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Dear Simon,
Thank you for taking the time to write your review regarding your latest visit to Port Lincoln, staying with friends here at the Port Lincoln Hotel. We always strive to improve our service and will use some of your comments to do this for future guests.
We were disappointed not to have received your feedback on check out. We always provide guests the opportunity to do this, so we can investigate and correct any issues immediately.
After receiving your feedback, we have provided more training to the "inexperienced" and "young" staff who were working during the breakfast period. We apologise for the experience you had, but glad you enjoyed our signature dish of the seafood platter.
The duty manager working during your stay conducted herself in a professional manner, in line with our in-house policy and Liquor Licencing laws. We did provide food to your group, despite being outside the kitchen opening hours. We practice responsible service of alcohol across the entire hotel and strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all hotel guests at all times according to these laws.
Thank you for your comments, we do hope you return to the Eyre Peninsula in the future.
Best wishes,
