Wow!! is the first word that comes to mind - beautiful Motel with the owners being very friendly and they are more than happy to book any tours you are wanting to do.
Pool area fantastic being well set out with plenty of room - waterfall a great extra feature. Great cooking area for you to eat your meals while looking at their amazing fish tank.

Location was great for our trip as close to a variety of attractions.

We recently stayed at Mossman Motel Holiday Villas when we were up North for a wedding. I have stayed here previously a few years ago when it was the Cockatoo Motel and swore I would not return. It was only because a friend of mine told me the property was undergoing a massive overhaul and looked great that we chose to try again. The property is currently undergoing huge renovations, however we were only too happy to stay here as the rooms and property are now fantastic. I couldn't believe the change in the property - was this the same place? What a fantastic improvement on what used to be a rundown and dirty establishment. The pool area is spectacular and the villas are beautiful, mondern and exceptionally clean. Management are fantastic and I put this down to the property being owner operated. Susan and Leo are the owners and they are very friendly and only too happy to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return soon to see the final results. If you are wanting to visit the Daintree and Port Douglas region, this property would be my recommendation.

very clean and well presented! The motel is under going major renovations and we stayed in the first stage.
Great pool and even a guest kitchen! Great service,friendly people and even gave us home made shortbread!
