We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the eleventh floor, heaps of room with a great ocean view. Well be back next year.

We booked the penthouse for my friends birthday last weekend and it was fabulous!!!! Lovely views from maroochydore to mooloolaba...we had a top terrace which was great but we didnt really got to use it as it was raining and very windy---the only thing i can say is that the top terrace where the spa is located, the spa is broken and covered with a tarp...(but when we booked it says that there is no spa --- so that didnt really matter) also one of the chairs in the top terrace is broken and we found an empty bottle of beer on the top terrace garden...other than that loved the rooms...nice and clean...but hated how the fridge would beep everytime we open it!

We couldn't fault the customer service we received from this resort 10/10. We unit was well laid out with one double ensuited bedroom and two singles in another room, full kitchen, loungeroom, 2nd bathroom and the easiest air conditioning unit to operate. The balcony was huge and the outlook fantastic, we had a view of the pool and the ocean and all the way up to Noosa Heads . We were also within walking distance of Mcdonalds and Sizzler. The only complaint we had was the very soft beds and the lack of "lazing around" comfortable loungeroom and balcony furniture, we were a group of 4 adults who wanted to watch a "pay to view" movie one night but found it to uncomtable to sit for to long in these chairs , and of course it may only have been this unit , other units may not have had this problem.

My fiance and I stayed 1 night (08/01/12) and found the hotel facilities and room size/style to be very nice, and it’s location to the beach to be very convenient. I requested a high level room with a view and received floor 11 (2 floors above were your penthouse style suites.
The open-plan common areas and large balcony (180 degree views) took full advantage of the coastal and hinterland areas.

The only negative was our room was on the northern end of the building, which was above the neighborhood MacDonalds and 7 Eleven stores = teenagers & cars.
Thankfully it was a Sunday so the noise (cars engines & kids shouting etc) ceased around 11pm. I’m glad we did not stay on a Friday or Saturday night.

Another reviewer warned about the lifts not working after/during heavy rain; the weather was fine so I can not confirm or deny this claim.

I can agree with another reviewer that some of the workmanship (when looking closely) is average. In saying that I’m not planning to buy a unit so for a nice place to stay for a while, I could not find any major issues/faults.

SUMMARY
I would definitely recommend the Hotel, just ask for the rooms on the southern side of the building which actually have more view of the ocean without the noises that come from take away outlets.
