Very friendly hosts from the UK. We stayed in the cottage CALM in a cozy cabin. The hosts paid attention to detail and had relaxing piano music playing (Richard Goldsworthy - local pianist) and the fireplace going. We enjoyed the freshly baked bread, their own hen laid eggs and there was plenty of firewood of all sizes to keep the fireplace going the whole time we were there.

Inside the large open plan room (where the main bed, lounge, kitchen & spa are situated) there are high ceilings and tiled floors.. We were glad to have brought some slippers. There was a front separate room with 2 single beds which probably is good for kids. There was a private deck and we couldn't really see other people on their decks from it. There were beautiful views in the morning and afternoon of the mist rolling in the hills and birdlife.

Spa was great to soak in whilst watching DVDs (free to hire from their library) on the large flat screen TV. We made full use of the kitchen facilities by buying some groceries whilst in Maleny. This place is great to get away from it all but still you can get to Maleny or Montville with a car (10-20 minutes). The country street that it is on is quite scenic and worth an explore by car/foot.

Overall very relaxing and great for a winter get away for couples or a family.

We have stayed at Curramore Country Cabins twice. The cabins are luxurious, clean and comfortable. The views are magnificient, with lots of wildlife and birds. Service was wonderful - with a complimentary lift into Maleny and back again to sample the local nightlife.

If you are looking for peace and serenity with a touch of romance, this is the place to visit. Highly recommended. Prue and Peter.

My wife & I had no idea what to expect when we left for Melany, we thought it was just going to be just another getaway. however when we arrived in the tranquillity of Curramore country cabins, we had no idea life could be so beautiful. Julia & Terry have created a safe haven for out going travellers looking for an oasis. but if your looking for a little extra to do during your stay, Terry's keen advise on places to experiance will surely put you on the right track, but book in quick as cabins are popular.

My Husband & I went to Curramore Country Cabins for our anniversary & we both loved our stay there. The hosts Terry & Julie were lovely people who were most helpful with everything, including driving us to & from our restaurant for dinner. The cabin that we stayed in was called "Dream"& that it was. It was perfect. The scenery was perfect, the cabin was gorgeous, as was the furnishings, loved the fireplace, it was all ready for us to use, all we had to do was light it. The spa was lovely, very relaxing. The area was very peaceful, all that could be heard were the birds singing, what a lovely way to wake up. Would recommend for a relaxing break.
