Where do I start?
On arrival we were met by a charming man, who carried our bags to the reception. Once booked in the gentleman gave us a guided tour of the hotel, and once we reached our room, he made sure we were happy then he went and retrieved our bags.
The room was fantastic (deluxe twin), although was extremely hot, even when we turned our radiator down, it still stayed hot. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was huge, with two sinks, double head shower and large bath, with plenty of clean towels.
In the room there is everything you need, iron, ironing board, a hairdryer which wasn't fixed to a wall, shampoo, conditioner etc. There was a good selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate, two bottles of water, and fresh fruit.
The Spa facilities were superb, although the signage for the pool, steam room and sauna could have been better, (steam room and sauna are located in the changing rooms. It wasn't until we were about to leave did we find the relax room.
If you have any skin complaints etc, make sure the girl has read your health form; my girl hadn't and put massage oil on my foot which irritated my eczema. Back message was so relaxing, and the products they used for the facial were fabulous - we even bought some products before we left.
The young girl (Hayley) in the Reflections bar was a dream, very friendly and had a sense of humour. The young man working behind the bar, made our evening very enjoyable, and talked us through several of the spirits they have in stocked, we even sampled some, making the evening hard to remember - but fun.
We ate in the Reflections bar at night, and although we went over our £35 limit was well worth it - the food was superb.
Breakfast was a good selection, the scrambled eggs are heavenly.
All in all very impressed with staff, location and hotel, would definitely go back.
