The Everglades is a nice comfy hotel. Our room was on the ground floor at the back of the hotel. The room was spacious modern and very clean. Also have to mention the pillows! Not sure if they were new or not, but they were so perfect, nice and soft not lumpy or hard, although the hotel does provide a pillow mist that you can spray on your pillow to help you apparently sleep!

As the room was at the back of the hotel, it was lovely & quite. The hotel is not too far from the motorway, so may prove a good base if you want to get to Liverpool or Manchester, but not the best location for local bars or restaurants.
Overall a nice pleasant hotel, highly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for one night whilst attending a Christmas party. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is a large free car park. The bar is welcoming although the price of drinks is quite high for a hotel like this. Our room was clean and comfortable and quite big enough. The evening carvery was excellent and very enjoyable. Downsides - we stayed on a Friday night and were told on check in that breakfast the next morning was served until 9.30 am. As we were partying until very late we gave breakfast a miss which was a shame. It should really be served later at weekends as is usual elsewhere. Our room was on the ground floor and there was a very noisy party during the night somewhere nearby which must have been audible from reception, however nothing was done to stop it. We therefore didn't sleep as well as we might otherwise have, as this hotel is in a very quiet location. I would go there again though and would recommend this friendly hotel.

Hi I stayed here for one night when I was on a residential course. I have been here a few years ago and the hotel was fine but now looks like it needs refurbishing. The radiator was on the floor in the room and I had to put it back on the wall, the kettle had also somehow ended up on the floor. Another person on the course was accidentally given a room that had not yet been cleaned. The food in the restaurant was absolutely terrible.

Guess most hotels are the same in the UK and all have expensive bars this venu is no different.

If you like a drink jump a taxi and go somewhere local the taxi fare will be saved by cheaper drinks elsewhere.

Otherwise all good.
