As above. Although the location is good and the hotel itself is modern, clean and comfortable the thing that makes it the best is the friendly, polite, helpful and always welcoming staff.
Ask for Leanne or Daniel on reception and your service will be second to none and if you are a night owl or an early riser the night porter Ryan is very approachable and helpful.
The restaurant adjoined is as good and be sure to ask for Maggy or Denise And you will be sure to have an enjoyable meal with great service.

“Great budget option”
Perfect place for my overnight business stay in Stockport with the £29 early booking.
Standard Premier Inn really. Spacious room was very clean, nice double bed, bathroom clean and functional, flat-screen freeview TV, big desk with power to do my work and usual tea-coffee.
Good location just off main road with Beefeater pub on site, and decent take-away options a short walk away.
As long as you know what you are getting with Premier Inn and are not expecting a 5-star luxury suite for £29, you cannot go wrong here. Very good for the price.

“Family stay”
Family of four stayed here Fri/Sat nights as attending sister's wedding. Typical Prem Inn, friendly, comfortable and clean. Offered fresh towels for 2nd day. Breakfasts excellent - kids eat free! (though restaurant a little cold!) Plenty of car parking. Restaurant was busy on first night, but a good indian restaurant a 5 min walk away, plus a busy Italian. Slept very well - no noise at all from road or other guests. Recommend.

A really friendly welcome and excellently placed for public transport to Stockport and beyond. A very good breakfast too (extra cost). The only downside was when other guests set off the fire alarm one morning but I don't think you can blame the hotel for that.

“Incredibly nice staff!”
This is a fairly standard Premier Inn. Clean, comes with a bar/restaurant attached...the usual stuff. The thing that sets this place apart though is the incredibly friendly staff, not just reading out the standard corporate friendliness lines. Other than that fairly typical.
