After booking and pre paying for the 'murder at the manor' down came the snow, as majority were unable to get to the venue and the staff basically saying tough! others were invited who would be able to get there. On the day i asked if an extra person could come and sort out payment when got there. BUT soon confirmed that extra person couldnt come due to snow.As the others went they got charged for that extra person even though they had not booked in the first place, which left a very embarassing predicament. On speaking to a very rude 'Abbie' on requesting a refund to that person, she said she would refund 50% and didnt see why this person shouldn't have been charged. She also found the situation amusing and said well its only £17.50.How i see it that £17.50 has cost the crown any more custom from ourselves.A very bad attitude all in all.
