Room was clean and had all the right things. More of a business hotel, but god value for money on the groupon offer (£40). Breakfast was ok, we were late both mornings and the eggs had been waiting a bit so they were very well cooked! Bacon ok, sausages a bit cheap, otherwise adequate. Staff were good and helpful. The only time they couldn't do anyting was the Saturday night when there was a private birthday party. We weren't warned about this and our room was right above it, most of the noise came up the stairwell I think. We rang reception and were told that the music would stop at 12.30 but there wasn't much chance of it being stopped earlier or moving rooms at that stage. It does beg the question why we were put in that room as the hotel wasn't exactly busy. I asked reception on the Sunday morning but was asked to talk to the general manager on Monday - but we've been away so I haven't done this yet - I don't expect much to be done about it now.
Free parking good. Its got a bit of a park around it, which would be nice in the summer and the terrace looks nice. Location is quite a walk to the town centre but doable on proper footpaths by the dual carriageway.

Fantastic hotel, staff very helpful and freindly. Rooms clean modern and comfortable. Love the wet room with shower. Room service prompt, hot food and plenty of it. Breakfast again hot, plenty of choice and tasty. Couldnt have picked a better hotel to stay in. I would recommend the Ramada Encore to anyone thinking of staying in the town, nothing bad to say about this hotel and I spend about 100 nights a year in hotels.

stayed four nights between christmas and new year just to chill out. the staff are friendly the male receptionist is polite helpful and very pleasant. the manager is friendly and ameinable. the resturant staff are also lovely. the food is great, its well presented, plentiful. piping hot and beautiful the bar prices are fairly good for a hotel. thewhole hotel is spotless and warm. the rooms are modern with wet rooms. overall a great hotel at a good price. we would recommend it to anyone, there is great disabled access too. go book it !!

we were booked in for a wedding in Nantwich, the price £54 b+b per room, the reception staff couldnt have helped more,always on hand they just popped up like "mr Ben" even when we got back from the reception at 1:30 am and asked for the bar to be open, it was (with a smile)the whole hotel was just so modern and clean, check in and out was a breeze, the breakfast was cooked to order and really tasty,if I had to pick a fault, the toilet in our room was a little high off the floor, my poor little legs couldnt reach the floor-thats the only bad point I can find, trivial I know but it made us laugh
