Having spent another wonderful few days at Champneys Henlow I cannot begin to tell you how highly I recommend it. The rooms (I shared standard room with a friend) are clean comfortable and have everything you could need including a lovely few over the river at the back of the hotel. The staff are all extremely helpful down to the last one nothing is too much trouble for them. The treatments are excellent. The food is top quality and delicious. All in all a great place to relax and chill out try it I am sure you won't regret it

If you are feeling tired, or just feel like a bit of pampering, I highly recommend Champneys at Henlow. The combination of the surroundings, the service the staff provide, the treatments and the food provide a blissful environment that should be tried at least once by everybody!

My friend and I had a two night stay. We had a great time our goal was to feel good again for the new year. We went all out for fitness we started the day with an aquar class then all day we went from class to class there were great classes ( Yoga, Hula and Zumba )inbetween our classes we also had some treatments the hydro is amazig the grounds are beautiful at the moment there is a lovely snow drop walk. The food is fantastic. We came away feeling if only we had champneys next door our lives would be perfect.

I've been going to Henlow for many years now and always felt relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of my stay. In January I took my sister in law, she now is hooked on the experience and we'd love to come back as soon as possible. We arrived and were made very welcome by the staff, our room was excellant and had every facility we required, including very comfortable beds. The treatments we had were fantastic and we never felt we were rushed. The therapists gave us informative advice on skin care and relaxation to name just a couple of tips. When not receiving treatments we enjoyed many of the other facilities that were available, such as reading and relaxing in the lounge areas, swimming, jacuzzi and steam rooms and walking round the picturesque grounds. The aim of our trip was to have a complete relax as we both have hectic lifestyles, so exercise was not our agenda this time but if we had wanted, the retreat offered an abundance of classes. As for the dinning facilities, these are second to none, we were treated like VIPs and no request was ever a problem for the staff (a big thank you to Marion and Adam). The restaurant provides a wide choice of food and each meal we had was superb in taste and presentation. The only problem with our stay is that it had to come to and end, we could have easily stayed there for another couple of weeks.
