We just came back from a January 2012 visit to the Yucatan with kids. The Aquatech Villas were a perfect choice for the 2nd leg of our trip. Our condo was wonderfully spacious; the kids even had their own bedroom and bath! We had a ground level, ocean view condo that opened right to the white sand beach. The kids were in & out of the ocean & small pool. They also spent a lot of time playing in the sand. The adjacent beach bar had swings instead of stools. Food was good from the bar or room service, though a little pricey. Nicely situated near Akumal beach or Yal Ku for easy snorkeling. I thought the price was reasonable for a beach front room.

Villas DeRosa is amazing. It truly is like a slice of heaven. I don't know how you can find a greater place to spend family time in than Villas DeRosa. The host was great, the service is great, the place has great vibrations.

Terrific little hotel, right on the beach. Their s a coral reef right here, and it is possible to spend endless hours snorkeling. I took the scuba discovery course - just four of us altogether, a great instructor (Daniel) and now I'm hooked.

Tony gave us geat tips about where to visit and where to eat. He, and the other staff members are friendly and helpful.

My now wife and I, had the greatest experience in this Hotel. We where abel to accommodate all of our guest, the staff was great, the rest of the guest of the Hotel we has happy has we were. Great party and fun. For a Wedding
