The Marriott Torreon is a very nice hotel. Very clean rooms, nice showers/jet tubs. The hotel has a great morning breakfast, including an omelet bar. The hotel is close to a mall with a theater that plays movies in English. The pool at the hotel is small and the workout room is lack luster...

All in all, we were happy with the hotel. The food is wonderful, and kitchen is open pretty much all the time. Staff is really great and friendly. Hotel is clean. Bathrooms are huge, with a separate tub/shower. But....the pool is small and located INSIDE the gym, so no sunbathing in the Mexico Sun. The have a shuttle that runs to a local country club, but the club was closed for repairs at the time we were there. The TV's could be updated as well, ours was stuck on a bad picture setting (dark and red), and we could not adjust it. Like I said.. all in all a great place.

The Hotel facilities are OK! But the service is the worst.
1st. You sit a t the restaurant and no body shows to take care of you.
2nd. There was a heavy rain, after that I could not use my TV, hair dresser and no shower of water at my room for one whole day, I had to leave without even taking a shower.
3rd. I leave my car at the Valet Parking, they gave me back my NEW car with leaking marks that can't go away, some kind of calcium or painting. They say it was a dove excrement, but I had to take my car to service and they say it's leakage from their roof.

If you like to sleep with light, this is a great hotel for you, otherwise be aware that the outside light coming from the bathroom will be available in your room at 7:00 am.....Poor service, towels like a low budget hotel...Ugly pool, of course not Marriott standards..
