“Worst weekend I have had.”

No hot water, the cooker was not on duty so they did not have restaurant service, the TV was flicking terrible. But the worse was that the receptionist told me that we were asking for too much and that we should be more tolerant to these problems!
At the end, somebody crashed my car at the parking lot during night and nobody saw anything.
