The major facilities in the hotel are all new and the staff is young,professional,able to speak english and go getters when it came to guests needs.At ALL times I felt the staff really wanted me to have a good time and were quick to do all the little things that can make a vacation great and effortless.The room was large and open feeling and very nice.Everything was new and the hot water was plenty hot and ENDLESS.WiFi was available in the rooms and we had plenty of bandwidth for video and voip telephone for business.Parking was free right outside your room and we noticed a security person roaming the grounds at night.The desk is serviced 24 hrs.The cafe was also brand new with a large tv for morning news,a large room that invited you to stay awhile and an english able staff with the relaxed professionalism of someone who knows their job very well.The breakfasts we had were all very good,large and very economical.
I will stay at the El Relicario every time I go to Doloras because I found it to be very good and such a REAL value.You really do get a very good deal for the$32.00 per night and the staff is really nice. Oh,the San Antonio bus will take you straight there from the Central de Autobus...just ask anyone.
