First, it's a beautiful home, with a gorgeous wrap-around porch on which to sit and sip wine, or have breakfast on a warmer morning, or just relax with friends or a book. We walked in the door on a slightly cool evening, and were welcomed with a fire in the cozy sitting room. Lynda and Jay are marvelous hosts who ooze enthusiasm for the Sutton area, music, books, food, travel, and are a font of knowledge if you request ideas or directions for the day. Lynda also whips up great breakfasts to start your day, catering to your dietary needs or whims. All rooms have their own bathrooms, or perhaps, more accurately, water closet. Small, but it's all there in your room. The location couldn't be more convenient to downtown Sutton, not to mention the wine trails and all that the area has to offer. We caught the foliage fairly near its peak. Our only disappointment was not having another couple of days to spend there.
