Where to start, Hotel from the outside looks nice,but once your inside you will see that this hotel is not being up kept. The restaurants and bars has the most poor service THEY JUST DONT KNOW HOW TO SMILE, except for when they give you the bill so they can get a tip.
The room are dated and in really poor condition. TV`s believe it or not are still the old tube tv`s and are small. linens(comforter) were dirty, signs of water damage due to leaks were everywhere,especially during the storm the water was coming in from the windows they were placing piles of green towels all over the place to absorb the water.
This hotel is the only one with a large convention centre in this town and the only game in town,and they know it so they just don't care.
Other vendors stayed at the Dauphin and Holiday in next door and when I saw that hotel I was in shock the rooms were beautiful with big LED TV`s and nice beds and sofas ect. not to mention that both were $30 per night cheaper!
Next convention our whole sales force will be staying at the newer and better hotels that were mentioned prior due to much better price,comfort and look.
Room Tip: Stay at the Holiday Inn or Dauphin in St-Hyacinthe.

Thank you very much for your comments which are well appreciated. I am surprised to hear about the fact that our people were not serving you the way you expected to be served and this issue is been address now and will continue to be in the future. I would like to assure you that we do care and that we do everything possible to constantly improve our facilities and service. We have a third of our rooms inventory that have been renovated and have big screen TVs. As for the water issues you experienced it is worth mentioning in case you were not made aware that on that specific day we had the tail of Irene, the hurricane that devastated many area in Canada and considering the extreme condition we felt lucky that the only damage we encountered were a few water leaks which have been taking care already. Although it is not an excuse that I am looking for I do understand that you were affected by this situation and I apologize for the inconvenienced you experienced.
Sincerely;
