On the 15 of january, we had a room reserved for one night a the manoir. At the check-in, the employe was in a hurry to give us our room so she could go back to the party. Once in our room, on the second floor, we found out that the party was directly underneath. We could hear music and yelling up until midnight when I got fed up and went to see the manager. I received no apologies from her and she told me 3 times that the party was over. Then until 02h30 we could hear door banging every 10 minutes or so... When my fiancé went to see what was going on, she came face to face with the owner of the manor. She was unfriendly, uncourteous and told her that they had the right to have a party and that we knew when we booked....
At the breakfast, only two employes we re present. We were served food that resembled what you could expect from a truck stop (see picture). Worst experience ever!

Dear customer,
Thank you for your review regarding your recent stay at our property. We want to let you know that very few reservations were taken for the night of your stay. Obviously, our employees took the time to call each one of you coming in that night to advise you of our annual Christmas party.
Nevertheless, we must apologize for not giving you a third floor room. This would have solved your problem. Concerning your breakfast dish, you had ordered your eggs with the yolk broken, giving the eggs the appearance you show on the picture. We would have been pleased to replace the dish if you had mentioned your dissatisfaction. Feel free to contact us so we can offer a compensation for this unfortunate incident.
