“Last minute choice that turned out well......”

We chose this motel at the last moment due to an unsatisfactory motel elsewhere. They were able to meet our needs and were very friendly. They accommodated our special request for a fridge and microwave by bringing brand new ones to the room within an hour of checking in, but left them for us to arrange and find outlets for on our own. The room was one of their small ones, but the wall of windows and the 10' high ceiling made up for it. Room smelled very fresh and was clean. No air conditioning but the window cranked open about 6 inches and we felt secure sleeping with it open when needed. Thank you to Denise for all at her help

“Never again!”

Stopped there after 10 hours of driving only to be greeted by a surly receptionist. And it got worse from there. The room was smelly and old. I could hear a baby crying in another room adn evrything else going on in the hallway. I could not find an ice machine. The restaurant was closed although, to their credit, a sign said that it would be re-opening in 2 days.
A huge sign on the side of the building announced to in-coming motorists that a free breakfast is included and is served starting at 6 a.m. Not true. The smileless one informed me that it would start at 7. So much for my very early start.
Only good thing about that place: central AC.
Not worth the price they charge at all!!

never again.....Our rooms are not smelly and old.This hotel is only 10 years old and is kept very clean maybe you disagreed with the decor and you where very tired and found everything annoying. Babies are guest just like you and they do cry we can not do anything about that but you could have asked to change room to get away from the crying baby.The huge sign outside is written and I quote "BREAKFAST AS OF 6 AM WEEKLY" That is offered by the restaurant and not the hotel the restaurant is not run by the hotel all we offer is a continental breakfast weekdays starting at 6 am and week ends at 7 am this is clearly marked at the front desk .The surly receptionist does apologize for her bad behavior she as no recollection of being that way but she is sorry she behaved wrongly towards you, I do believe our prices are reasonable .

“okay if you are just passing through”

when arrivingin the afternoon we were greeted by denise who was very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the second floor which we were surprise to have to walk up the stairs with our luggage. This is okay if you are young but when you are older it can be difficult. The so called breakfast was pretty bad. I would suggest to the hotel not to offer any breakfast if this is the best they can do. The girl (did not get her name) in the morning was very rude and unfriendly. I hope the manager of this hotel reads this review as this had reflected badly on the hotel. This girl this should be repremanded or better yet fired as there are plently of people looking for a job

“Dump. Please stay away.”

Single worst hotel experience to date. The bed was wet when we arrived. The sheets were changed, but we never felt at ease with that bed. The bed was also uncomfortable, with sagging springs. The room as small and dingy, with no closet, stained carpets, and barely enough room to get around the bed. The window looked out onto the septic system and highway (room 103). The "Continental" breakfast was two containers with cereal in them, and packets of instant oatmeal. The bar was not open at any point. You could not pay me enough to stay there again.

DUMP(stay away)
You forgot to mention that you arrived quite early ,you where not charged an early check-in.The house keepers hands where still damp when she hurried to finish making the bed and she did explain that to you .The bed was not wet.....!yes the hotel is right off the highway and your room was facing the field where the bionest tanks are but these are sealed and no smell comes from them,they are also brand new and the grass as not grown there yet. I'm sure if you would have asked for a change of room the staff would have gladly accommodated you. Our continental breakfast consist of CEREAL S,INSTANT OATMEAL,BAGELS,TOAST WHITE OR BROWN BREADS,FRUIT(VARIES)ALL THE CONDIMENTS THAT GO WITH THESE,COFFEE,TEA,MILK,ORANGE JUICE,HERBAL TEAS.I do not understand why you did not see all this,it is there every day of the week and on week ends we add muffins.

Found the hotel to be very dated, rooms did not feel clean at all, carpet old, had a dank smell. Were given last room with queen bed, and they promised two roll-aways for my children and a large room. Room was small, with the roll aways we had to climb over the beds to go from one side to another. Turned out they had given our original room away and stuck us in another one. We had to go find our own sheets for one bed as there were none. My husband slept on one of the cots and complained of itching all night. Definitely not worth the $$.

It is never our policy to put 2 cots in 1 room. We were fully booked that weekend and this guest insisted on having a room and we obliged by offering 2 cots as opposed to a room with 2 beds, which I will admit is improper practice. We tried to be accommodating, perhaps to a fault. It is true that they had been moved from the larger room, to accommodate more guests, at the fault of our receptionist who did not notice that there would be 2 cots put in the room at the time. A fully booked hotel rarely gives room for change. I do however, apologize for the housekeeping, there will be an investigation. Sheets are supposed to be put on the cots before the guests arrive. This Hotel is barely 10 years old, I am surprised at the outdated comment.
