Had a wonderful time at the B&B. Very quiet and serene, with a pond and forest view. Rooms large, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with variety everyday. Hosts, Glenn and Joan could not be more welcoming. Well done you two!!
Close to Montague, Murray's Harbour (check out Brethaus), Parmura, Georgetown and lighthouses. Beaches and scenery are beautiful.

This is a very scenic Island, its a pity I only budgeted a day out of my already too short a vacation to toured the Central Coastal region, it was lovely.

Crossing the Confederation Bridge into PEI does not allow for a great camera shot. However, we did take "the advise" and visited The St. Peter's Church in North Carleton a few minutes away from The Gateway Village in Borden-Carleton. It did provide a great camera shot.

We made reservation to stay in the Points East coastal region at an Inn based in Murray Harbor area. Modestly nice and charmingly average from the outside but lovely, clean, well kept and up to date on the inside. This was a real "Country Charmed" Inn which blended well with the countryside and lake. The service was excellent, very good amenities all-round and great conversation with Glen & Joan.

The owners Glen and Joan were quite knowledgeable on the Island and suggested a few spots to visit. Unfortunately, I ran out of time....and could not visit the spots Glenn suggested on the East side of PEI but next time (I am coming back !).

My stay although brief was good, I would recommend this B&B Inn to anyone visiting PEI, its clean with great amenities, great breakfast (no lunch) and great value for money.

This B&B is extremely well run; owners Glenn and Joan are wonderful and filled us in on local history, sights to see and things to do. The rooms are sizeable and absolutely immaculate as is everything about the property. The house appears brand new. We paddled around the lake, saw lots of birds and wildlife and shared experiences with the owners in the late afternoon and evenings.
Breakfasts - wow. Glenn and Joan serve up fantastic breakfasts. Everything is grown locally and is organic. Encore!!!
Sadly, we had to leave early but we intend to return both to the B&B and to PEI which is magnificent. Outstanding bike trails that go on for mile upon mile - a real bike friendly place.
The hot tub was perfect after a long day of riding.
We give Country Charm the highest possible recommendation.

The B & B is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by huge grounds, a lake with rowing boats. It's very relaxing and the room was large and very comfortable. Highly recommended. Whilst small, Murray Harbour is a great place to base yourself for exploring the area. The breakfasts were huge and delicious.
