We absolutely loved this hotel! Our suite was very clean, comfortable and very spacious! The front desk staff was very helpfull and patient with us in answering all our questions and best of all when we got there we realized they had family packages and trust me they are well worth it! The best part is when I realized on my way back home that my daughter had left her blanket in the room, I called right away and they were kind enuf to go check and agree to send it back to me express post instead of having to drive back! Both me and my fiance are glad we have found this little spot and are definetly gonna make it our place of choice when we visit PEI!

I travel to many hotels and this by far has been one of the worst! Luckily with gov't discount we only paid $354 for 2 nights versus the $385 without. The only reason we stayed here was because we didn't preplan and once we arrived, most locations were no vacancy. The bedding smelled horrible (like urine actually) and were not comfortable. There was a former guests disgusting hairbrush at the foot of our bed the whole time. We tried not to be in the room as much as possible because of its horrid smell.

The one positive thing about the hotel was the indoor pool. We had two children with us who did use the pool - don't count on it being open on time either.

This is my first time posting any comments of any place I have stayed at but I am very dissapointed in this place. The price is outrageous for something you should only pay $30.00/night for... For this price, they should at the least offer a continental breakfast but the breakfast offered was 5.99/pp.

In my opinion it was a major rip-off and if the other lodging facilities in Cavendish are remotely like this, I will never return to Cavendish.

We stayed here for one night and were very impressed. The best thing about our stay was the location and the scenery we were surrounded by. If your looking for a PEI vacation that really submerges you in their great rolling hills and beautiful scenery this is a great place Our room backed right onto the patio and pool area which offered a good view of PEI. The staff was very helpful and we were even able to check in early even though we got there 3 hours before the listed check in time. Rooms were great, comfy beds and the bigger than usual mini fridge was awesome. This place has the perfect location which is only a 5 minute drive from tourist area called Cavendish. Would recommend to anyone who travels to PEI.

Pool was closed when we arrived, open the after we left, very little hot water, wrong room given upon check in,all the lights were turned off in the hallways at night and daytime , felt like I was at the Bates Motel,The new manager is attempting to get the place running efficiently however I don't expect lip service when I complain about the poor service. Take reponsibilty for the place and get it right. Clarion website says double aeroplan miles but the hotel would not honour this.We were asked to give them another chance on our next visit, but I think not
