We brought the kids here , this was a great family friendly environment.The cottages were great, very clean,good service and hospitality, lots of things for the kids to do at the cottages in between visiting the sites .Will be bringing the family back in the future for another stay with Dreams to Sea cottages.

Having just checked out I can say dreams to sea is nice. Good for a family with small kids. Close to the main activities in cavendish but not in the middle. Very rustic atmosphere, nice owners, when you get on good side. Family owned and operated. Nice to still see they exist. Would stay again. Money was high but accommodation was worth it.

Dreams to sea, is a very lovely area with cottages that are in great condition, this is your first experience of the cottage.
The owner of dreams to sea, is very unprofessional and quite frankly is frightening.
Dreams to sea is so over priced, it is ridiculous , I would never recommend this location to anyone.
We were told we would be given all of this extra perks, however they are not what you are told at all.
The location is very far, and is not even in walking distance of the beach, assuming you would pay such a high price for a good location as well as a walking access to the beach however, this is not the case.
I felt very unsafe at dreams to sea, there was no privacy you could expect a visit from the owner right in your bedroom if you were not careful.
There were a lot of extra things added to the bill, that my group was not told a head of time.
The owner of dreams to sea, had even screamed at young people staying in a cabin next to us, and we were very worried as we had small children with us.
I had the most awful experience I have ever had in my entire life, and I have been around the world. If I hadn't already been ripped off of paying more than 70% of the down payment I would have left in a heart beat.
Dreams to sea needs to be reported and Tourism PEI better reconsider allowing this place to be open.

I recently stayed at Dreams to Sea cottages in Cavendish beach early July. The whole experience was terrible. The owner was a bully and very rude. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. It was very very highly price especially for the service offered. I paid over $400 a night and things such as clean towels, clean bed linens, and maid service were not provided. In fact I felt like I worked for Dreams to Sea. When I asked about clean towels I found out I had to bring them to the office and come back 2 or 3 hours later after they have been cleaned and come pick them up. There were no clean towels to swap out the dirty ones and I “the guest” had to bring up the dirty towels and get them myself when they were cleaned. So much for a relaxing vacation I felt like I was doing laundry! Absolutely no customer service what so ever.

One last thing people NEED to know. There is no shuttle service! The owner drives her own minivan to drive guests back and forth. Which is inconvenient because she was so rude the entire time and there wasn’t even pick up available at the end of the concert because the road is blocked off to regular vehicles. I ended up paying for extremely high priced cab rides that that were a few minutes long. It felt like a scam as I asked personally if there was a shuttle and I was told there was. I will never return to Dreams to Sea and I wouldn’t recommend someone stay there after what I experienced.
