On December 24th.2011, our family and guests had a wonderful time in the Vintage Room. At 4pm we had champagne and hors d'oeuvres delivered to us by a very efficient waitress followed by an outstanding dinner of Prime Rib and Yorkshire Pudding starting with salad and finishing with a melt in your mouth blueberry cheesecake, tea and coffee. From 4-5pm the hotel supplied us with a screen for a power-point presentation put on by our two married children. The waitress and waiter went above and beyond to make our evening with our family such a success!! Thank you for making our anniversary such a special occasion!

Hallways had major paint chips, rooms seriously dated with small showerheads and old style bathrooms, hideous decor with flowers and stripes everywhere. Stained carpets in hallways and exterior doors had scrub cleaning marks everywhere (the only thing that will fix this is new paint). Our friends had a suite and the fireplace didn't work. This hotel is in serious need of repair. The lobby is nice but in the lobby bar the draft tap didn't work, had to pick another beverage. The 8th floor restaurant is good. I had the salmon and it was good. The caesar salad was average, but the squash soup was excellent. Apple pie desert was good. As a resident from Niagara I would not suggest this hotel.

Kevin was most helpful in providing me with much needed access to the internet for my meeting in a timely fashion. Michelle's great service in Bogey's dinning room made the meal most enjoyable.

My wife Cheryl & I have considerable experience in the arena of weddings. This is our third married child. Over the years, we’ve attended over 100 functions and receptions. This wedding went off with such a well organized flair that we thought someone from Casablanca must have been watching everything the entire day.

From the moment we started our business relationship as parents of the Bride making arrangements, to the final good byes after Sunday morning breakfast, Staff made the wedding an enjoyable, effortless experience.

A very big thank you to April, Lori and your chief -the food was incredibly good - and to staff for your collective effort to make the wedding for our daughter Carissa Mergiold (Ready) such a well run and enjoyable event.

The size of the Ballroom and the way it comfortably fit our 150 wedding party made the evening so much more relaxing. There was more then enough room for everything with lots of well decorated extra tables, a separate area for Photos and evening food. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed themselves. “Casablanca’s facilities are first rate.” A perfect match for a wedding or large venue . You should be very proud of what your hotel has to offer.

We would highly recommend Casablanca Winery & Inn and all that comes together as an entertainment facility to anyone looking for a great place to have a wedding or significant size venue. It is a very complete package with excellent over night accommodations.
