“Land somewhere else”

We stayed for 3 nights as we visited Gros Morne. Room was comfortable and the bathroom clean. Although we were 3 people staying in the room, every day we had to ask for extra towels - can't people count? Restaurant element to be avoided. Limited menu and grumpy staff. Breakfast OK and reasonably priced. The motel is a little way off the main strip of Rocky Harbour and be prepared to use your car to get around.

Recommend for a one night quick stop over but look elsewhere for warmth and enthusiasm.

“Great place to stay”

Stayed here for 2 (separate ) nights. Ok it was out of season but enjoyable none the less ( out of season means no restaurant in hotel and "continental breakfast ") Good idea having separate access - either from within hotel or from car park . Room good size ( I am used to european hotels ) and clena and tidy. We were touring and stayed one night then came back a couple nights later for second stay. Its a little out of town but quite peaceful and easy access.

“Great place to stay.”

A modern, well kept hotel, comfortable rooms and good location. Pleasant staff. I'm afraid I did not like the restaurant at all, but I keep that separate from the hotel review.

  • Liked — Large, open and bright rooms and reception. Clean and comfortable.
  • Disliked — Restaurant (not to the same level)
  • Tips/Secrets — Perhaps check out other restaurants. Fisherman's Landing (no relation apparently) in town is a possibility.
