(We are personally responsible and strive to ensure you have an exceptional stay with us.) HOTEL MANAGER TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY WHAT SO EVER - STAY WAS EXCEPTIONAL ... IE THE WORST HOTEL STAY WE HAVE HAD IN ANY HOTEL IN CANADA, USA, ENGLAND, EUROPE
(We are prepared to resolve any situation that does not meet our high standards. As your Hosts, we are empowered to meet your needs in a timely manner.) RESOLVE A SITUATION? WHAT A JOKE!
(We are pleased to provide useful local recommendations and information. We are proud to be your friendly, attentive and professional Hosts.) NO ONE WAS FRIENDLY EXCEPT FOR THE ONE CLEANER WHO COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. PROFESSIONAL? THE STAFF DO NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF THE WORD!
